All prices on our website are displayed in USD (U.S. Dollars).
When will my order ship?
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times range from 7-12 days. Tracking numbers are typically provided 1-2 days after shipment. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after shipping, please contact us at service@truehempstore.com.
I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there’s a problem?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund in full. Please be sure to include your name and order number with the returned package.
Note: If your order is still in transit, please wait until it arrives before sending it back for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely—you may cancel your order with no penalty as long as it has not yet shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please use our return process to request a refund.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to verify the correct details. You must also notify us by email at service@truehempstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update the address. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after the 24-hour window has passed.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary because we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. On average, please expect 15–25 business days for your order to arrive.
